With over 30 years of experience in the staffing industry, Bryan is a seasoned leader and visionary in talent management. As the CEO, Bryan has steered the firm through periods of significant growth and transformation. His extensive background includes expertise in recruitment strategy, client relations, and operational excellence. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its footprint and solidified its reputation as a top-tier staffing solution provider. Bryan's straight-forward approach and deep understanding of market dynamics have been instrumental in driving the company's success and keeping PRG at the front of the pack. A San Antonio native and graduate of the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, Bryan currently resides in Dallas where he enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Scott was hired in 2006 to help open and develop the San Antonio and Austin offices. Scott has over 20 years of account and sales management with a history of partnering with Fortune 500 clients in both markets. His proven track record and local relationships combined with his ability to identify and build successful teams have attributed to PRG’s year after year growth. Scott credits PRG’s success to hiring like-minded individuals driven to serve others first, one of the core values that PRG was built upon. Scott graduated from The University of Texas in 1992. He currently resides in San Antonio with his wife and 2 daughters.

Dana joined PRG in November 2007 after five years as a Program Manager in the nonprofit world. The shared organizational values of commitment to service and purpose attracted her to PRG and continue to drive her to deliver for our clients. As Vice President of Strategic Accounts, she is responsible for developing management-level relationships, strengthening client partnerships and building long-term value. Dana earned a BA in Communications from Texas State University, and lives in San Antonio with her husband and three sons.

Brian Van Cleave joined Peyton Resource Group in 2006 and brings more than 20 years of recruiting and operations experience to the organization. Over the course of his tenure, he has held a variety of roles with increasing responsibility, building deep expertise in full life-cycle recruiting, business development, team leadership, and operational strategy along the way. Today, he helps drive strategy, improve operations, and build the foundation for future growth.

Before joining PRG, Brian served as Director of Store Operations for a retail chain, where he was responsible for hiring and evaluating store managers across Texas, as well as overseeing operational compliance and performance. That experience in hiring and operations management laid the foundation for his long career in talent acquisition.

Brian earned his bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2001. He lives in San Antonio, TX, with his wife and their three children.

With 29 years of experience in the staffing industry, Sherman brings a proven track record of excellence in leadership, talent development, and operational strategy. His extensive background includes leadership roles at industry-leading firms such as Aerotek, Robert Half, and ACS, where he mastered a sales and operational framework that consistently delivers results at scale.

Sherman's achievements include 11+ consecutive years managing the highest-producing and most profitable regions and markets, with a distinguished reputation for succession planning and developing talent into leadership roles. As a member of PRG since January 2026, Sherman brings this wealth of expertise and a servant-leadership approach grounded in humility, honesty, and transparency.

A graduate of Southern Oregon University's Business program and a native of Huntington Beach, Sherman currently resides in Portland, Oregon, with his wife, three children, and pit bull. When he's not driving business results, you'll find him on the basketball court—a passion he's pursued for 24 years as both a high school and AAU coach.
