Operation: HeroHire

PRG appreciates and values the service and contributions of the men and women who serve or have served in the United States military. We recognize that our military veterans are disciplined, experienced, well-trained and understand the dynamics of working as part of a team. It’s our goal with Operation: HeroHire to help our country’s military members transition to meaningful employment opportunities following their separation. PRG’s recruiting team offers assistance in resume writing, interview prep and job assessment guidance. In addition, we’ve developed a proprietary process that allows our candidates to interview 24/7 from anywhere in the world, ensuring they are fully prepared for their next mission in life.

PRG also recognizes the significant sacrifices military spouses have made in service to our country. As part of our goal to bring awareness to the difficulties that military spouses face in finding employment, we have committed to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s Hiring Our Heroes “Hiring 100,000 Military Spouses” campaign. In support of this commitment, PRG is piloting a new job role that’s tailored to military spouses and allows them to work from home, wherever they may be stationed.
