Bryan Mayhew


Bryan’s “back to the basics” mentality is the driving force behind PRG’s vision of building a different kind of technology solutions firm. His passion and strong beliefs have instilled a sense of purpose and commitment throughout the entire organization. Prior to starting PRG in 2001, Bryan was serving as Vice President of one of the largest staffing firms in the country, leading a team that generated over $200 million in annual revenue. A San Antonio native and graduate of the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, Bryan currently resides in Dallas with his wife and three children.

Scott Jowers


Scott was hired in 2006 to help open and manage the San Antonio and Austin offices. Scott has over 20 years of account and sales management with a history of partnering with Fortune 1000 clients in both markets. His proven track record and local relationships combined with his ability to identify and build successful teams have attributed to PRG’s combined market growth. Scott credits PRG’s success to hiring like-minded individuals driven to serve others first, one of the core values that PRG was built upon. Scott graduated from The University of Texas in 1992. He currently resides in San Antonio with his wife and 2 daughters.

Steve Throneberry

Senior HCM Strategist

Steve has an extensive track record in the Human Capital Management sector specializing in recruitment, learning & development and technology. Steve has started and led two award winning companies to international prominence. He also has a successful track record of leading sales and marketing efforts for multiple international companies. Steve is committed to understanding and applying the best of technology to the contingent labor market for increased efficiencies, quality and speed. Steve holds an MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a BA from the University of Central Florida.

Dana Kolodzie

Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts

Dana joined PRG in November 2007 after five years as a Program Manager in the nonprofit world. The shared organizational values of commitment to service and purpose attracted her to PRG, and continue to drive her to deliver for our clients. As Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts, Dana is responsible for developing management-level relationships, strengthening client partnerships and building long-term value. After graduating from Texas State University, she moved to San Antonio where she lives with her husband and two sons.

Brian A. Van Cleave

Vice President of Talent Acquisition

Brian joined PRG in 2006 and has over 10 years of recruiting experience. He has served in multiple roles in the organization but his desire to help others has always drawn him back to recruiting. Prior to joining PRG, he served as the Director of Operations for a retail chain where he handled the hiring of store managers across Texas. Brian graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2001 with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and currently lives in San Antonio, TX.

Taylor Cherry

Vice President of Technology

Taylor brings 20+ years of technology management and consulting experience to the PRG team. A former Air Force Intelligence Officer, he joined Houston-based Paranet in 1997 (later acquired by Sprint) and helped the I.T. Consulting firm grow its northeast region into a $20+ million territory in less than two years. With his entrepreneurial approach to life and business, Taylor has led technology projects and teams within the retail, entertainment, financial, automotive, technology and many other industries. Working on the front lines with clients like Best Buy, Honda, Lexus, Ameriprise Financial, Big Machine Records and 3Com, Taylor brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to PRG’s growing consulting practice.

Erica Albert

Director of Recruiting

Erica joined PRG in May 2006 and has 8+ years of experience recruiting professionals of all levels across various industries with a heavy focus on Information Technology. She has a track record for placing candidates in niche/industry specific, hard-to-fill, & “purple squirrel” positions and has proven experience in successfully driving, leading & managing the recruiting efforts for many key clients. Erica is committed to providing a positive PRG recruiting experience to each and every candidate and truly values the opportunity to make a difference in a candidate’s life. Erica graduated in December 2005 from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University with a BBA in Management.
